Jubitz Fleet Services presents FuelWizard®, the online link to your company's fueling information. FuelWizard® helps you to manage your fuel consumption more effectively.

What is FuelWizard®?

We created FuelWizard® expressly for the customers of Jubitz Fleet Services. The program gives fleet managers, branch managers and controllers quick access to current fueling data for their companies. FuelWizard® makes it possible to view, print, and download a variety of reports, all with a click of the mouse.

What about security?

Our programmers designed FuelWizard® using tight security measures. All users have a unique login and password which determine the level of online access. For instance, a location manager can be restricted to his location's transactions only, while a corporate fleet director might have access to data for the entire company. Also, all data is encrypted during transfer.

How easy is it to use the program?

All reports and transactions are available by simply clicking on the desired button. You can select the date range, cost center, and products you want to view in every report. To print a report, just choose File - Print from your web browser menu. FuelWizard® can be viewed using most standard browsers, but works best with Firefox 2.x (and above) and Internet Explorer 5.5 (and above).

What kinds of information can I view?

The Fuel Summary gives you a snapshot of your total fuel consumption, dollars spent, and the average price per gallon you paid by product. The four exception reports include the Total Dollars, Total Gallons, Transaction Counts, and Out of Hours reports. These reports allow you to review transactions for potential misuses, or just to learn if a vehicle is using too much oil and needs to be serviced.

How recent is the data?

The transactions you see in FuelWizard® are posted the next business day after they occur.
