How do you want to track your fuel information?

By vehicle? If your primary emphasis is on the vehicle, you would want a single card system. Each card would be assigned by vehicle unit #. Odometer information is captured at the time of fueling as well as the option for an additional data entry field. The driver information can be tracked as a data entry code at the time of fueling.

By driver? For companies whose primary need is to track driver usage, you would want a single card system. Each card would be assigned by driver name or number. The vehicle information can also be tracked at the time of fueling with the entry of odometer and vehicle ID.

Driver & Vehicle. For the tightest control system and to track both the vehicle and driver, a two card system is available. Each vehicle would have a card and each driver would have a card. This is a great system when there are multiple drivers for the same vehicle. Both cards are needed for fueling. Transaction information is captured for both driver and vehicle.

All card options can track odometer and an additional data entry field. The additional field can be used for job number, unit code, etc.; a driver ID for single vehicle cards; a vehicle ID for single driver cards.

All transaction information is available on-line with the ability to research a specific vehicle or driver. Information can be downloaded into excel for easy report use. Find out more about our on-line FuelWizard®.
